The Public Relations Branch is operated by the Public Relation Officer (PRO) by the vibrant face and articulate voice that connects our organization with the public, offering valuable insights into our operations, development plans, and success stories.
One of the primary responsibilities of the PRO Branch is to provide comprehensive information and guidance regarding organizational operations and development plans. Through strategic communication channels, the branch ensures that stakeholders, including the public, government bodies, and other interested parties, are well-informed about our initiatives, goals, and the positive impact we strive to achieve in the community.
Effective coordination with the press and media is another hallmark of the PRO Branch. Through strategic engagement, the branch ensures that accurate and positive information reaches the public domain.
Public Relations Officer (PRO) of Public Relations Branch manages An Auda Staff Welfare Fund, An Auda Staff Welfare Fund has been established for the officers/employees of the Authority. According to the committee's resolution, cash amount was given to each as subsidy for the purpose of getting notebooks, books and stationery of the studying children of the employees of the authority from the fund.
Apart from this, an amount is allocated from Welfare Fund to the needy employees as per the rules on loans at a fixed rate of interest. Auda Foundation Day 1st February is celebrated as Auda Day.
